April Competition Results

The results are in from the local club’s competition meeting and I walked away with an honorable mention. I did not attend the meeting because I had an oral surgery appointment the next morning, and I really just didn’t need any additional stress. The meetings seem to ramp up my anxiety and my blood pressure, so I needed to sit this one out. Anyway, the judge had this to say about my Research Park photo: The motion of the clouds in the sky streaking past really add to the sense of motion in the architecture of the buildings. While they are (hopefully!) not going anywhere there shape feels like they are swooping along.

Here’s that photo! I think I like this style of photo and will keep looking for interesting buildings to photograph.
