2026 Friends and Family Calendar
I believe this is my 6th calendar I create for friends and family. I love sharing my photography, and giving gifts, and this is an easy way to do it. Overall, I am pleased with the photos I selected for the calendar. I went with Mpix again for the printing, the price has gone up a bit, but I normally do not order unless I have a coupon which I did, 30% off. The paper is a nice quality, but I have to edit the photos for the matte paper, which isn't a big deal, but it is extra work. And that’s still no guarantee they’ll get them printed right. This year, two different batches ordered on different days had decidedly different color temperatures for a few of the photos, namely the cover. Not terrible, but enough for me to notice.
Next year, I may source another printer, but if I do, I can't wait until November to have photos selected. At any rate, 24 calendars in all were ordered, and I may need to order one more if I actually want one. Here are the 13 photos I selected for 2026.
